ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your security is our top priority.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@houseofpeitho.com with your order number. After processing begins, we cannot make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, but we're working on it! Stay tuned.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping to most countries.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 15-25 business days. Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@houseofpeitho.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can ship most items to P.O. boxes, but certain products may require a physical address. You'll be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the customer's responsibility.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@houseofpeitho.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and address.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The credit will appear in your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors. Contact us at support@houseofpeitho.com to arrange an exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.

How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Measurements are in centimeters and inches. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do your items run true to size?
Most of our items are true to size, but sizing notes are included on individual product pages when applicable.

Can I get help choosing the right size?

We're currently an online-only boutique, but stay tuned—we may open a physical location in the future!
